Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, can be flexible

Hours per Week: 32

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on rehabilitation services that help patients regain independence and improve daily function
Collaborate with families and local businesses to optimize health and wellness in the community
Create personalized treatment plans that honor each patient's unique goals and lifestyle
Embody the clinic's core values of Faith, Family, Fairness, and Fun in every interaction

Qualifications

Current, active Occupational Therapist license in Minnesota
Passion for providing caring, hands-on healing in outpatient settings
Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient rehabilitation techniques
Patient-centered care planning
Community-focused therapy approaches
Building meaningful relationships with patients and families
