Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM Nights

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Float between various medical and surgical units delivering compassionate care
Provide skilled nursing support across Medical, Laulima, and Cardiovascular units
Monitor patients and respond to changing needs with clinical expertise
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Utilize Meditech EMR, Pyxis, wound vacs, and chest tubes confidently

Qualifications

Active Hawaii nursing license by start of assignment
BLS and ACLS certifications required
2-10 years of nursing experience preferred
PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, and ENPC preferred
Flexibility to float between multiple units as needed

Knowledge & Skills

Medical-Surgical nursing expertise
Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
Comfortable with EMR systems and clinical equipment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Adaptability to work across different patient care areas
