Location: Clarkston, Washington

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, rotating call coverage

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Promote and restore patients' health by completing the nursing process
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
Provide physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families
Supervise assigned team members
Serve as circulating and/or scrub nurse to ensure safe and therapeutically effective nursing care
Maintain the work area and participate in 24-hour call coverage
Use nursing assessment skills to recognize post-anesthesia and post-operative complications

Qualifications

Current Washington State or MultiState RN license required
Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification
ACLS and PALS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of experience in Operating Room and Recovery Room nursing preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong nursing assessment abilities
Patient care expertise
Multidisciplinary collaboration skills
Operating Room circulating and scrub experience
Recovery Room and Post-Anesthesia Care knowledge
