Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 10-hour shifts available

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy services across diverse patient populations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized treatment plans
Support early mobility programs and stroke-certified care initiatives
Provide therapy services across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings
Mentor therapy aides and contribute to a positive department culture

Qualifications

Current California Physical Therapist license required
BLS certification
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
Comfortable floating between inpatient acute care and outpatient settings
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Orthopedic, neurological, and pulmonary patient care
Geriatric and adult inpatient populations
Outpatient pediatric to geriatric care
Early mobility and stroke rehabilitation protocols
Cerner electronic medical records system
