Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate intermediate care to cardiac and vascular patients
- Titrate critical drips including Amio, nitro, nicardipine, epi, and cardizem
- Interpret telemetry strips and monitor cardiac rhythms with precision
- Support post-surgical CVICU patients during their first 24 hours of recovery
- Collaborate with hospitalists, intensivists, and cardiology teams around the clock
- Float to same or lower acuity units as needed to support excellent patient care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of experience with cardiac and vascular patient populations
- Strong telemetry interpretation and drip titration skills
- Valid driver's license for radius verification at submission
Knowledge & Skills
- Telemetry interpretation and hardwired monitoring systems
- Drip titration for blood pressure management medications
- BiPAP, CPAP, and nasal cannula respiratory support
- Post-cath lab, EP, structural heart, and thoracic patient care
- Remote tele tech collaboration and independent rhythm analysis
