Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations of the Sterile Processing department with confidence and care
Expertly operate and maintain washers, autoclaves, and sterilization equipment
Assemble and sterilize surgical instruments and procedural trays for multiple departments
Verify instrument accuracy and document any missing items with precision
Ensure every instrument meets quality standards before it reaches the operating room
Maintain detailed sterilization records and test results for compliance and safety
Collaborate closely with OR teams to support seamless surgical procedures
Keep your workspace organized and contribute ideas for continuous improvement

Qualifications

Active CRCST certification required
Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification
At least 1 year of sterile processing experience
Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation and sterilization processes

Knowledge & Skills

Sterile Processing and instrument sterilization techniques
Operation of washers, autoclaves, and sterilization equipment
Surgical instrumentation identification and maintenance
Accurate documentation and record-keeping
Clear communication with surgical teams
Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
