Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized physical therapy to a diverse patient population
Evaluate and treat patients across outpatient, acute inpatient, and skilled swing bed settings
Develop individualized care plans that promote recovery and independence
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery strategies

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapy license or eligibility in North Dakota
BLS certification required
Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment

Education

Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient, acute inpatient, and skilled care experience
Ability to manage an average caseload of 8 patients per day
Compassionate approach to patient-centered care
Flexibility to cover multiple care areas as needed
