Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive physical therapy services across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat a diverse caseload including general orthopedic, neuro, wound care, and debility patients
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
Precept students or new staff as needed to support department growth
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize recovery

Qualifications

Current Texas PT license and national PT license required
BLS certification required
IP/OP experience preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not required
Strong commitment to showing up and being reliable for your patients and team

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in treating fractures, ortho injuries, sports-related conditions, and neck pain
Comfortable working with a mix of acute, skilled, and outpatient populations
Ability to manage a 7-treatment-hour daily caseload
Excellent communication and collaboration with nursing and therapy colleagues
