Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shifts, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, five shifts per week

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in our 20-bed long-term care unit
Assist with daily living activities while building meaningful connections with patients
Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for those in your care

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Montana
At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or similar setting
Dependable, self-motivated, and compassionate approach to patient care
Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively

Knowledge & Skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality care
Ability to work independently while following established protocols
Excellent interpersonal skills and genuine empathy for residents
