Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on orthopedic therapy for shoulders, elbows, and wrists
Help patients recover from tendonitis, fractures, and post-surgical repairs
Provide care across acute inpatient, rehab, transitional, and outpatient settings
Document patient progress using ReDoc and Meditech systems
Collaborate with rehab aides and the OT manager to optimize outcomes
Treat an average of 12 patients per day with personalized care plans

Qualifications

Current Oregon Occupational Therapist license required
BLS certification required
Strong background in outpatient orthopedic therapy
Experience with upper extremity conditions including shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures
Lymphedema training is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Orthopedics and upper extremity therapy
Acute inpatient and outpatient rehab settings
ReDoc and Meditech documentation systems
Patient-centered care for orthopedic, CVA, MS, and head injury diagnoses
