Registered Nurse - LDRP
Location: Dickinson, North Dakota
Start Date: 06-08-2026
End Date: 09-07-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, block scheduling with every third weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate one-on-one care to laboring mothers following AWHONN guidelines
- Monitor and titrate critical drips including Magnesium and Oxytocin to ensure safe deliveries
- Support mom-baby couplets with expert postpartum and neonatal care
- Circulate during C-sections to advocate for newborn safety and smooth transitions
- Collaborate with a consistent provider team in a tight-knit rural hospital setting
- Float to medical-surgical or emergency departments when needed to lend a helping hand
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Dakota or compact license
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
- Comfortable working independently in a rural facility with limited NICU access
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Neonatal care
- Proficient with OB Trace Vue electronic fetal monitoring system
- Experience managing neonatal CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen
- Excellent communication and teamwork in fast-paced environments
- Ability to pass N95 fit testing (note: facial hair restrictions apply)
