Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide specialized care for neuro/trauma patients in a Level II trauma NT/SICU unit
Monitor patients with ICP monitors, CRRT, and lumbar drains
Deliver compassionate critical care with a 2:1 patient ratio
Float to Cardiovascular, Telemetry, ICU/CCU, or Med Surg units as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

Current active California RN license
Minimum 5 years of acute critical care experience
Previous traveler experience required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
EPIC charting experience
Level II trauma critical care experience

Knowledge & Skills

Neuro/trauma patient care expertise
ICP monitor management
CRRT and lumbar drain experience
Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
Ability to float across multiple units
EPIC electronic medical record proficiency
