Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality surgical radiography in the operating room, supporting surgeons and ensuring excellent intraoperative imaging
• Operate and maintain radiographic equipment while following strict radiation safety protocols
• Collaborate closely with the perioperative team, communicating clearly and anticipating needs during procedures
• Respond promptly and professionally to on-call requests (two shifts per month) and provide dependable imaging support
• Complete required Trinity Skills Checklist and maintain accurate, timely documentation of procedures
• Adhere to infection control standards and participate in required health screenings and fit testing

Qualifications

• ARRT certification (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• Demonstrated strength and experience in surgical radiography and working in the OR
• Willingness and ability to take two on-call shifts per month
• Ability to pass Trinity Skills Checklist, fit test, color vision screening, 10-panel drug screen, and required immunizations (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, COVID-19, Influenza) as listed

Knowledge & Skills

• Surgical radiography and intraoperative imaging techniques
• Sterile technique and effective OR communication
• Patient positioning and radiation safety best practices
• Operation and basic troubleshooting of radiographic equipment
• Strong teamwork, situational awareness, and calm decision-making under pressure
