Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality general X-ray exams across ED, inpatient units, and OR using GE/Fuji systems
• Operate C-arm fluoro during orthopedic and spine procedures in the OR
• Provide portable radiography in a timely manner to support urgent patient care
• Accurately document studies and chart in Epic/EpicCare Inpatient and manage images in Fuji PACS
• Collaborate with radiologists, PAs and the care team to ensure clear communication and excellent patient outcomes
• Maintain equipment awareness and follow safety and infection control protocols during procedures
• Manage a daily workload of approximately 20–30 studies while prioritizing patient comfort and exam quality

Qualifications

• ARRT certification (required)
• BLS (AHA) current certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years of radiology experience
• Comfortable and experienced with C-arm procedures in the OR
• Experience with Epic and Fuji PACS preferred
• Preferred: Level 1 Trauma experience
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Driver's license must be submitted and within the 60-mile radius requirement

Knowledge & Skills

• General X-ray, fluoroscopy, and portable radiography expertise
• Proficiency with C-arm operation for OR procedures
• Familiarity with Fuji PACS, Carestream, Shimadzu and GE imaging equipment
• Charting and image management in Epic/EpicCare Inpatient
• Strong patient positioning, radiation safety, and image acquisition skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced acute care setting
