Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients thoroughly and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve strength, ROM, balance and function
• Create and teach effective home exercise programs for patients and caregivers
• Document patient progress clearly and timely to support continuity of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Manage caseload efficiently to help reduce clinic wait times and improve access
• Adapt treatments for a variety of diagnoses in the outpatient setting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (as listed by the facility)
• Current Colorado PT license (DORA) or valid PT compact privilege for Colorado
• BLS (AHA) certification current and on file
• Proof of flu vaccination required (no exemptions)
• Minimum 2 years of PT experience; 3-5 years preferred
• Comfortable working in an outpatient clinic and treating varied diagnoses
• Strong communication skills and ability to educate patients and families

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

• Patient evaluation and clinical reasoning in outpatient settings
• Treatment planning and progression for strength and functional gains
• Strength training techniques and program design
• Range of motion assessment and interventions
• Balance training and fall-risk mitigation
• Designing and teaching home exercise programs
• Experience with varied musculoskeletal and functional diagnoses
• Accurate documentation and time management for efficient caseloads
