Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the ICU nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care
Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of clinical excellence
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Mentor and support nursing staff in their professional growth

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
ICU nursing experience
Leadership experience in a clinical setting

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical knowledge in critical care
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage staffing and resources effectively
