Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients in accordance with plan of care
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and clinical changes
• Document nursing care thoroughly and communicate changes to the care team
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians and support staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Assist with admissions, discharges and care transitions to keep things running smoothly
• Follow infection control protocols and facility policies to maintain a safe environment

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain state licensure
• Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare setting and providing direct patient care
• Attention to detail, strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Immunizations and any facility-required health screenings up to date

Education

• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN/LVN diploma or certificate)
• High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong foundational nursing skills including medication administration and wound care
• Ability to assess patient condition and escalate concerns appropriately
• Basic charting and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and multidisciplinary teams
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple patient needs
