Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care to residents, promoting dignity and comfort
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and document patient status, reporting changes to the care team
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to coordinate excellent care
Assist with care planning and execute assigned nursing tasks with attention to detail
Support patients and families through clear communication and empathetic care

Qualifications

Current, active LPN or RN license (Maryland) required
Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required or obtained upon hire
Prior experience in long-term care or clinical nursing preferred
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to perform duties for the full night shift schedule

Education

LPN: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
RN: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and safety practices
Clinical assessment and vital signs monitoring
Accurate clinical documentation and charting
Patient-centered care and infection control procedures
Comfort working in a busy long-term care environment
