Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care tailored to individual needs
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes thoroughly
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
Observe and report changes in patient condition promptly to the care team
Support patient and family education to promote recovery and wellness
Contribute to a positive, patient-first culture on your unit

Qualifications

Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) — must be valid or eligible in Georgia
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Comfortable with medication administration, basic wound care, and charting
Professional, dependable, and committed to quality patient care

Education

LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and monitoring
Medication administration and documentation
Basic wound care and vital sign management
Electronic health record charting (experience helpful)
Teamwork, clinical judgment, and time management
