Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care within scope of LPN practice
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor patient status and report changes to the care team promptly
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans
- Document patient care, observations and communications clearly and timely
- Support a positive patient experience by communicating with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications
- Current LPN license (practical/licensed vocational nurse) — eligible to practice in Georgia preferred
- Active CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable working 12.5-hour shifts and adapting to variable schedules
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively on a care team
- Ability to pass standard background and health screenings
Education
- Completion of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid clinical skills in medication administration and basic assessments
- Familiarity with charting/documentation best practices
- Time management and prioritization in a busy clinical setting
- Teamwork and effective communication with patients, families and staff
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
