Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients with attention and respect
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document per policy
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and changes in condition
- Collaborate with RNs, providers, and the care team to coordinate safe patient care
- Participate fully in orientation and ongoing training to maintain clinical excellence
- Maintain clear, timely documentation to support continuity of care and patient safety
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license — eligible to practice in New Hampshire
- Willingness to complete required facility orientation
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
- Previous LPN experience preferred but new grads with solid clinical training are welcome
Education
- Completion of an accredited LPN/Licensed Practical Nurse program
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and basic nursing assessments
- Accurate clinical documentation and charting
- Patient safety practices and infection control
- Effective teamwork and communication with interdisciplinary staff
- Time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs
