Shift Type: 8-hour shift, schedule to be determined (Total Hours: 8 per shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor patient status and report changes to the interdisciplinary team
- Document clinical observations and interventions clearly and professionally
- Collaborate with nurses and facility staff to ensure continuity of care
- Support residents with activities of daily living while preserving dignity and comfort
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (or compact/unencumbered LPN licensure as applicable)
- Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain prior to start
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to pass required background checks and health screening
Education
- Practical Nursing diploma, certificate, or equivalent training required
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid knowledge of nursing fundamentals and medication administration
- Familiarity with electronic or paper clinical documentation
- Infection control principles and safe patient handling
- Good assessment skills and ability to escalate concerns appropriately
- Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced care setting
