Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on nursing care to residents with dignity and respect
Administer medications, document accurately, and follow care plans
Assess and report changes in patient condition to the interdisciplinary team
Collaborate with nursing staff, CNAs, and therapists to deliver coordinated care
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and follow facility policies
Support a positive resident experience by offering patient-centered care and communication

Qualifications

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license; Pennsylvania licensure preferred
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar settings encouraged
Ability to pass background checks and required facility screenings
Up-to-date immunizations as required by facility policy

Education

LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited nursing program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Strong medication administration and documentation skills
Knowledge of infection control and patient safety practices
Comfortable using electronic health record systems and clinical charts
Good clinical assessment skills and ability to escalate concerns appropriately
Compassionate patient interaction and effective time management
