Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care to residents, promoting dignity and comfort
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document according to policy
Perform routine assessments and communicate changes in condition to nursing leadership
Collaborate with the care team to implement individualized care plans
Maintain clear, professional documentation and ensure proper handoffs between shifts
Support residents with daily living activities while fostering a safe environment

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
Previous experience in long term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings

Education

Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN diploma or certificate)

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic clinical nursing skills
Resident assessment and documentation best practices
Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
Comfort working as part of a multidisciplinary care team
Time management and prioritization during an 8-hour shift
