Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care and support to patients
Administer medications and treatments per plan of care
Perform routine assessments and monitor patient condition, reporting changes promptly
Document care accurately and timely in the electronic health record
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
Follow infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Georgia required
Current BLS/CPR certification required
Comfortable working 12.5-hour shifts and flexible per-diem schedules
Ability to pass background check and meet facility immunization requirements
Prior experience in a clinical setting (long-term care, med/surg, or similar) preferred

Education

Vocational nursing diploma, certificate, or equivalent
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in Georgia

Knowledge & Skills

Strong medication administration and documentation skills
Skilled in basic patient assessments and vital signs monitoring
Familiarity with electronic health record systems
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
Time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs
