Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with facility policies
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings in the medical record
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and report concerns to the care team
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and allied health staff to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and quality standards at all times

Qualifications

• Current and active LPN license in Georgia (required)
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Preferred: 1+ years of practical nursing experience in an acute or long-term care setting
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and meet facility onboarding requirements
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset

Education

• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing (LPN/LVN) program

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and documentation best practices
• Basic clinical assessment and monitoring skills
• Comfortable with electronic health record charting
• Patient safety, infection prevention, and clinical compliance knowledge
• Time management, prioritization, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
• Clear, compassionate communication with patients, families, and the care team
