Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
Assist nursing staff with daily tasks to ensure patient comfort and safety
Maintain clean, safe patient environments and follow infection control practices
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the care team to support positive outcomes
Document care activities in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in the applicable state (required)
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass background check, TB screening and required immunizations
Reliable and compassionate with strong communication and teamwork skills
Previous experience in long term care or skilled nursing preferred

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required

Knowledge & Skills

Understanding of basic patient care practices and safety protocols
Ability to take and record vitals and observe changes in patient condition
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Familiarity with electronic charting or paper documentation processes
Time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs
