Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents — assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Support daily living activities to preserve dignity and independence for every resident
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff
• Document care and observations accurately and timely in the resident record
• Work closely with the care team to implement individualized care plans
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection prevention best practices
• Deliver respectful communication with residents and families to foster trust and comfort

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification (state-approved) — required
• Comfortable working the 5:45 AM - 2:15 PM day shift for the duration of the contract
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate direct patient care
• Must meet facility onboarding requirements (background check, health screenings) per policy
• Travel/contract experience is a plus but not required — we welcome dedicated CNAs at all levels

Education

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in activities of daily living (ADLs) assistance and mobility support
• Basic vital signs measurement and observation skills
• Strong documentation and time-management abilities
• Good communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced care environment
• Familiarity with infection control and resident safety practices
