Shift Type: Shift 1: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (days may vary)

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating
Take and record vital signs accurately
Provide compassionate care and support to patients and families
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Document care provided and report changes in condition to nursing staff
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality care

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in North Carolina
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and patient-centered approach

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care principles
Proficiency in taking vital signs
Excellent observation and reporting skills
Ability to follow instructions and protocols
Time management and organizational skills
