Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and support daily living activities
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Take and report vital signs and observe changes in patient condition
• Document care accurately and communicate updates to the nursing team
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices
• Support a positive patient experience through respectful, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification (required)
• Comfortable working night shifts and flexible per diem schedules
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently when needed
• Previous experience in long-term care or similar settings is a plus
• Ability to meet facility screening requirements (background check, immunizations) as applicable

Education

• CNA training completed and current certification
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in assisting with ADLs and patient transfers
• Competent with taking and recording vital signs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic infection control and patient safety practices
• Accurate documentation and attention to detail
