Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening shift)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
Take and record vital signs accurately and promptly
Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
Support nursing staff with bedside care and timely documentation
Communicate observations and changes in patient condition to the care team
Help create a comfortable, respectful environment for patients and families

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification (required)
Comfortable working the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM per diem shift
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate approach to patient care and dignity
Willingness to complete facility onboarding and required screenings

Education

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential

Knowledge & Skills

Assisting with ADLs and basic patient hygiene
Taking and recording vital signs
Safe patient transfer and positioning techniques
Accurate documentation and charting
Clear communication with patients, families, and clinical staff
Time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
