Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with 1 night per week on call and every 5th or 6th weekend on call
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $71 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert circulating support across all surgical service lines including neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedics, GYN, and general procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient patient care
- Adapt quickly to varied daily schedules and multiple specialties in a fast-paced OR environment
- Float to pre/post op, PACU, or ER trauma cases when needed to support patient care
- Share knowledge and mentor colleagues while maintaining the highest safety standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong experience in multiple surgical specialties including neurosurgery
- Comfortable working across all service lines without specialized teams
- Ability to pass an open-book skills exam with 90% or higher during orientation
- Willingness to comply with artificial nail policy and facility requirements
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
- Experience with DaVinci robotic procedures
- Knowledge of adult, geriatric, pediatric, and obstetric surgical cases
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Flexibility to handle varied daily assignments
