Surgical Tech - OR
Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating shifts including weekends and call coverage
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure all equipment is ready for procedures
- Assist surgeons during a wide range of cases including general, ortho, robotics, plastics, trauma, ENT, spine, urology, and GYN
- Scrub in and support both routine and complex surgeries with precision and care
- Collaborate with RNs and the surgical team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
- Float to lithotripsy when skilled and needed
- Maintain sterile fields and follow strict safety protocols throughout every case
Qualifications
- BLS certification required
- CST certification preferred
- Experience in trauma, ortho trauma, and general surgery required
- Robotics experience with Si and Xi systems preferred
- Open to first-time travelers who meet the specialty requirements
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of Cerner and Surginet EMR systems
- Skilled in scrubbing a variety of surgical cases
- Comfortable with call rotation and weekend coverage
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced OR environment
