Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on care and assist patients with activities of daily living
• Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
• Assist with patient mobility, transfers and safe ambulation
• Support nursing team with specimen collection, hygiene and comfort measures
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate observations to the care team
• Follow infection control protocols and contribute to a safe healing environment

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Comfortable providing direct patient care with dignity and respect
• CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a care team

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Current CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and safety procedures
• Skill in taking and recording vital signs accurately
• Ability to assist with mobility, transfers and fall prevention
• Good charting and documentation practices
• Strong interpersonal skills and patient-focused attitude
