Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday (as scheduled), 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Night — Part-time evenings with every-other-weekend availability

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during evening shifts
- Perform thorough assessments and document patient status accurately
- Administer medications and treatments safely and according to policy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate excellent care
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care team members
- Support unit flow by assisting across areas when floating is needed
- Contribute to a positive workplace by mentoring others and sharing best practices
Qualifications
- Current, active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification recommended or required per facility policy
- Comfortable working evening shifts and providing weekend coverage every other weekend
- Ability to float to other areas as needed and adapt to changing patient needs
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical assessment skills
Education
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN preferred)
Knowledge & Skills
- Clinical assessment and patient monitoring
- Safe medication administration and documentation
- Patient education and family communication
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and basic charting
