Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical support during overnight coverage to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Operate and maintain assigned clinical equipment with attention to detail and infection control
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to escalate changes in patient condition promptly
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time to support continuity of care
• Participate in required checklists, skills validation, and competency testing
• Adhere to facility policies, safety protocols, and required immunization and screening standards

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification (required)
• NRP certification (required)
• TNCC certification (required)
• Completion of Trinity Skills Checklist and license/certificate verification
• Required health clearances: 2-step PPD or IGRA, fit test, Trinity 10-panel drug screen, COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza vaccine, Varicella, Tdap, and a recent physical/health statement
• Previous clinical experience in a similar technician role preferred

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant clinical training or certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and observation skills during night shift operations
• Comfortable following established protocols and escalating concerns
• Good documentation and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with infection control, patient safety, and equipment sterilization
• Adaptability to varying overnight workloads and patient acuity
