Shift Type: Varies by facility schedule, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening / Swing shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming) with dignity and compassion
- Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the nursing team
- Support safe patient transfers and mobility, using proper body mechanics
- Provide attentive bedside care and offer comfort to patients and families
- Document care and observations clearly in the patient record
- Maintain infection control standards and a clean, safe environment
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver excellent care
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (or eligible) — must be able to work in North Carolina
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Successful completion of background check and required immunizations
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and teamwork mindset
- Comfortable with hands-on patient care and basic charting
Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of an approved CNA program and active CNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Skill in assisting with ADLs and patient hygiene
- Knowledge of infection control and patient safety practices
- Ability to take and accurately record vital signs
- Familiarity with basic charting/EMR documentation
- Strong interpersonal skills and calmness under pressure
- Time management and ability to prioritize patient needs
