Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
- Support safe transfers and mobility, using proper body mechanics and lifting techniques
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition promptly
- Help maintain a clean, comfortable environment and follow infection control practices
- Communicate clearly and collaboratively with nurses, therapists, patients, and families
- Document care accurately and timely in the patient chart to support continuity
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential; T-CNA where applicable
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Up-to-date immunizations and ability to pass required background checks
- Comfortable working 12+ hour day shifts and able to handle physical demands of patient care
- Previous experience in long-term care or rehab settings is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited CNA training program and current CNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of activities of daily living and basic nursing care
- Skill in taking and recording vital signs accurately
- Understanding of infection prevention, safety protocols, and patient handling
- Comfortable with electronic charting and documentation best practices
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary care team and communicate effectively
