Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the nursing team at Casa Del Sol Center to deliver excellent patient care
• Oversee clinical operations and ensure standards of care and regulatory compliance are met
• Provide 24/7 on-call guidance and support via phone for clinical questions and escalations
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to maintain smooth operations
• Collaborate with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
• Mentor, develop, and evaluate nursing staff to build a strong, confident team

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) or in a senior nurse leadership role
• Strong nursing background with demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to be available 24/7 by phone for on-call responsibilities
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and team-building abilities
• Comfortable working in a travel/contract setting and adapting quickly to facility practices

• Nurse leadership and clinical oversight

• Regulatory and quality compliance awareness
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team and leadership collaboration
