Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents at Casa Del Sol Center
• Assess patient condition, record observations, and update care plans with clarity
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Communicate effectively with physicians, therapists, and family members to coordinate care
• Document care in the electronic medical record in a timely, accurate manner
• Support a positive care environment by mentoring teammates and contributing to best practices

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) credential — this role is for RNs
• Available for a 7-week travel assignment with an ASAP start
• Comfortable working the 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM evening shift
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; reliability and attention to detail

Education

• Nursing diploma, ADN, or BSN (licensure as RN required)

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in patient assessment and monitoring
• Proficient with medication administration and safe documentation
• Able to prioritize tasks in a busy clinical environment
• Comfortable using electronic medical records and following facility protocols
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with interdisciplinary teams and families
