Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to patients consistent with LVN scope of practice
Administer medications and document treatments accurately and timely
Perform patient assessments and report changes in condition to the care team
Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other skilled nursing interventions
Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary staff to support patient care plans
Maintain clear, professional documentation and communicate effectively with facility staff
Follow facility policies and safety procedures to ensure a secure environment

Qualifications

Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) credential
Ability to work the assigned schedule: Saturday through Wednesday, 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
Willingness to complete the two-week orientation
Valid nursing license appropriate for the assignment location
Professional communication skills and team-oriented mindset

Education

Vocational nursing diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Comfortable performing patient assessments and documenting findings
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Good teamwork and communication with multidisciplinary staff
Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
