Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose movement dysfunction to create individualized care plans
• Develop and implement treatment plans focused on restoring mobility and function
• Deliver meaningful rehabilitation to improve patients’ quality of life and independence
• Prevent progression of impairments by educating patients and applying evidence-based interventions
• Provide excellent clinical documentation and maintain compliance with facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, managers, and therapy directors to optimize patient outcomes
• Cover outpatient caseload primarily and respond to PRN inpatient coverage needs when required
• Model great customer service, professionalism, and adherence to dress and safety standards

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Montana or eligible for Montana licensure
• Experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings preferred
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation skills
• Comfortable providing rehabilitation for movement dysfunction and mobility restoration
• Ability to work day shifts and participate in an every-3rd-weekend rotation
• Team player with excellent communication and customer-service skills

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy, or equivalent clinical degree

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and treatment planning for movement dysfunction
• Rehabilitation techniques focused on mobility restoration and functional improvement
• Clinical documentation and policy/procedure compliance
• Customer service and patient-centered care
• Ability to work across inpatient and outpatient environments and adapt to PRN needs
