Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality psychological and clinical counseling services to patients in a correctional setting
- Conduct diagnostic assessments, deliver evidence-based interventions, and create individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with custody staff, medical teams, and behavioral health colleagues to coordinate care
- Document clinical encounters, progress notes, and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in case consultations and multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
- Respond professionally to crises and provide crisis intervention when necessary
Qualifications
- Active LPCC or equivalent Psychologist licensure (PSYL) as required to practice
- Clinical experience in mental health or clinical counseling; experience in correctional or forensic settings is a plus
- Ability to work Monday-Thursday or the alternate Sun-Wed / Tue-Fri schedules as required by the facility
- Ability to pass facility-required background checks, security clearance, and any health screenings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in clinical documentation
Education
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field (Doctoral preferred for Psychologist roles)
Knowledge & Skills
- Clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Proficiency in evidence-based psychotherapies and crisis intervention
- Strong documentation and case management abilities
- Comfort working in structured, security-focused environments
- Collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams
