Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to assigned patients as an LPN
Administer medications and document administration accurately
Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the care team promptly
Support patient comfort and safety during the night shift
Collaborate with RNs, physicians and support staff to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Maryland or eligible to practice in Maryland
Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification per facility policy
Completion of an accredited LPN/licensed practical nurse program
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work the 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM night shift reliably

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Patient assessment and monitoring skills
Comfortable with electronic health record documentation
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical setting
Compassionate patient-centered approach
