Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform bedside swallow evaluations and provide follow-up care that makes a real difference in patient recovery
Conduct communication evaluations and deliver ongoing treatment that helps patients reconnect with loved ones
Administer outpatient standardized tests to accurately assess and guide individualized therapy plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across inpatient and outpatient settings to deliver comprehensive care
Float between St. Francis, St. Clare, and St. Anthony facilities to support patients throughout the region

Qualifications

Current CCC-SLP certification required
BLS certification required
Ability to work independently with swallow and communication evaluations
Experience with outpatient standardized test administration preferred
COVID vaccine required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in post-concussion, CVA, TBI, and head & neck cancer populations
Comfort working across acute inpatient, rehab, skilled nursing, and outpatient environments
Strong assessment and documentation skills
Flexibility to float between multiple hospital campuses
