Sonographer – UHC Staffing

Sonographer

Location: Durango, Colorado

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 4 10-hour shifts, variable days, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, plus call 1-2 nights per week and every 3rd weekend

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality general, OBGYN, and vascular ultrasound imaging
Conduct procedures including drains and biopsies with precision
Operate Phillips ultrasound equipment confidently
Collaborate with radiologists to deliver accurate diagnostic results
Maintain patient comfort and safety throughout each exam
Document findings accurately in Fuji EPIC system

Qualifications

Active RDMS certification (General or OBGYN)
BLS certification required
RVT preferred, RDCS a bonus
Strong experience in general and OBGYN ultrasound
Vascular experience preferred
Procedure experience required
