End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with 1 night per week on call and every 5th or 6th weekend on call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $71 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert circulating support across all surgical service lines including neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedics, GYN, and general procedures
Collaborate with surgical teams using DaVinci robotics and advanced techniques
Support pre/post-operative care and PACU when needed
Respond to ER trauma cases with confidence and skill
Maintain flexibility as daily schedules vary across adult, geriatric, pediatric, and obstetric patients
Educate and mentor fellow team members while fostering a culture of safety

Qualifications

Active RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong experience across multiple surgical specialties
Comfortable working in a facility without specialized teams
Ability to pass skills exam with 90% or higher during orientation
Valid driver's license for radius verification
Willingness to follow strict no-artificial-nails policy in patient care areas

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
Expertise in neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedics, GYN, and general surgery procedures
Familiarity with DaVinci robotic systems
Strong pre/post-operative and PACU skills
Ability to handle ER trauma cases
Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
