Shift Type: Rotating shifts with call rotation: Monday-Friday 5:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Saturday-Sunday 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM, 1-hour response time

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality MRI scans on approximately 18 patients daily using Siemens Avanto 1.5 equipment
Respond promptly to on-call emergencies with a 1-hour turnaround time
Precept and mentor new team members as needed by the unit
Float between College Station and Bryan campuses to support patient care needs
Maintain equipment standards and ensure patient safety during all imaging procedures
Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver exceptional diagnostic imaging services

Qualifications

Current state license required for Texas
Experience with Siemens Avanto 1.5 MRI equipment preferred
Strong commitment to reliable attendance and minimal call-outs
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and call rotations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

MRI imaging techniques and protocols
Siemens Avanto 1.5 equipment operation
Patient safety and positioning
Quality control and equipment maintenance

Cross-campus collaboration and flexibility
