Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub in for a variety of surgical procedures including total joints, general, spine, and urology cases
Prepare operating rooms and ensure all necessary instruments and supplies are ready
Assist surgeons during high-volume Ortho, Vascular, and General Surgery procedures
Maintain sterile technique and support the surgical team throughout each case
Collaborate with specialty leads and charge nurses to deliver exceptional patient care

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of full-time experience as a Surgical Tech
BLS certification required
Hands-on experience with Ortho, Vascular, and General Surgery procedures
Proven ability to scrub and support a fast-paced OR environment

Knowledge & Skills

Strong scrubbing skills across multiple surgical specialties
Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
Ability to thrive in a high-volume OR with 20-30 cases per day
Comfortable working in a 6-suite OR plus hybrid room setting
