Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 10-hour shifts available

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional physical therapy services across inpatient acute care and outpatient settings
Deliver compassionate care to diverse patient populations from pediatrics through geriatrics
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support early mobility programs and stroke recovery initiatives
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and pulmonary conditions
Support home health clients and contribute to comprehensive rehabilitation programs

Qualifications

Current California Physical Therapist license required
BLS certification required
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
Strong clinical skills in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Ability to float between inpatient acute care, outpatient, and home health as needed

Knowledge & Skills

Comprehensive understanding of orthopedic, neurological, and medical rehabilitation
Experience with early mobility protocols and stroke care
Ability to work with diverse patient populations across the lifespan
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Flexibility to adapt to various clinical settings and patient needs
